Chris is an experienced public speaker known for delivering honest, impactful and engaging talks on masculinity, mental health and emotional wellbeing. With a unique background in both journalism and therapy, Chris blends lived experience, professional insight and compelling storytelling to connect with a wide range of audiences.

Over the past decade, he has spoken at schools, universities, workplaces and conferences across the UK. His talks explore the societal pressures placed on men and boys, the emotional cost of outdated gender norms, and the importance of creating space for vulnerability, connection and support.

Whether addressing teenagers in a school hall or professionals in a corporate setting, Chris meets his audience where they are – with empathy, warmth and challenge in equal measure.

Drawing from his own journey in to drug abuse after his father's death, training as a therapist and working with men from all walks of life, Chris encourages audiences to reflect, rethink and reframe what it means to be a man today. He speaks openly about the impact of silence and emotional suppression, while offering hope, tools and new perspectives on how we can all contribute to healthier, more compassionate communities.

Chris's talks are tailored to the specific needs of each audience, and he regularly works with educators, HR teams, mental health professionals and youth organisations to support long-term change. Whether you're looking to inspire young people, train staff or open up important conversations in your organisation, Chris delivers talks that resonate long after the event has finished.
